DESIGN TODELIVERY
We control our fan production from design to delivery. We design your fan using the most current software and 3D design tools. We review your ventilation requirements and selecting the proper accessories to fit your needs.
IN-HOUSEENGINEERING
Our on-staff mechanical engineers are involved in our process from the beginning. They will ensure that you get the proper equipment to fit your specific needs, and are always available to help problem solve and answer technical questions when designing or choosing a product for your application.
FABRICATION & MANUFACTURING
We design and fabricate our fan systems on-site, meaning we know our systems inside and out. We also keep replacement parts and maintenance items in-stock to minimize your down-time. From our CNC plasma-cutting table to our 88-foot overhead bridge crane, we have the setup to build tough fans custom built to your budget and specifications, with high-volume/high-pressure or high-volume/low-pressure, and as large as 16 feet in diameter.
ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
Our ISO 9001 quality system ensures the highest quality in all our products. Our in-house testing equipment guarantees your fan works in accordance with AMCA 210 and ASHRAE 51 standards, for accurate delivery of stated volumes and pressures.
